The remote session was disconnected because there are no Terminal Server client access licenses available for this computer.
Este mensaje de error me estaba apareciendo mientras configuraba un Terminal Server en Windows Server 2003. Lo solucioné instalando el componente de Licencias de Terminal Server.
-> Inicio -> Panel de control -> Agregar o quitar programas -> Agregar o quitar componentes de Windows -> Licencias de Terminal Server
